A Tribute to Gloria a Dios!
I wanted to introduce you to my first team on the World Race. We are a large squad of 26 Racers + 3 Alumni Squad Leaders and we have been placed on smaller teams to go out into ministry and stay at hosts more easily. For the first 4 months I was on a team that we named ourselves: Gloria a Dios!!
Mikahla “MK” Klug
Role: Team Lead
Bold. Mikahla is a powerhouse! She is always willing to adventure and have a good time. She led by empowering others and was always sharing the funnest facts with us!
Maggie “Magnolia” Prokosch
Role: Story Teller
Strong. Maggie is a person who appreciates efficiency and utilizing time well. She is fantastic with kids and always has a game or song up her sleeve. She is strong in physical and spiritual ways and utilizes her strength to build others up and see the unseen.
Joana “JoJo” Quintana
Role: Treasurer & Beauty for Ashes Coordinator
Mighty & Safe. Joana was our saving grace in Guatemala with her Spanish speaking! She is competitive and fun. She may be small in stature but she is not small in spirit and grace!

Role: Logistics
Lover. I was certainly the Mamma Bear in the group making sure everyone was taken care of. I loved to listen and get to know my teammates so that I could see their hearts and I also brought the emotions to the crew!
Together we made up Gloria a Dios a strong force of 4 beautiful women of God!
Our Mission Statement:
This Team believes God created us as beautiful women for His Glory. We desire to Glorify God by our reckless abandonment, shedding insecurities, learning our strengths, embodying grace, calling each other higher & establishing discipline while living in strong community. This team will be vessels that display God’s Glory.

Gloria A Dios is a home away from home, a place to grow and learn who your are on the race and in the Kingdom.
Gloria A Dios is a team of power houses. Women who are established in Gods word. Gloria A Dios is passionate about reaching the unseen in society. Gloria A Dios is rooted in prayer and Confidently established in the Lord. The women of Gloria A Dios are vessels that display Gods glory in all they do and everywhere they go.
Gloria A Dios is a powerful and intimate team of women. Through their mountains and valleys, they have established strength and dependence on the Lord. By finding their identity in the Lord and growing in love, they are passionate to share that with others. Gloria A Dios shares unique memories that they often look back on and admire how God was present. Gloria A Dios is committed to their team and to growth.
Gloria A Dios is a team of beautiful women working to bring glory to God. Our desire is to step into reckless abandonment, shed insecurities, lean into our strengths, embody grace, call each other higher, establish discipline, and build a strong community. We have learned to love whichever culture we are in and to build the Kingdom of God. Gloria A Dios has created sweet memories and intimate moments together. Our team will be vessels that will continue to display Gods glory.
On September 12th we stepped off the plane into Guatemala as seemingly strangers and somehow along the way we became sisters. We laughed, we cried, we loved, we grew. It was a great ride ladies!
